Scope and exclusions
Not a complete tenancy agreement or official RTB-1, assignment, roommate/owner-shared kitchen or bathroom arrangement, consent request, tourist/short-term accommodation, multiple-party or social/supportive/manufactured-home tenancy, dispute, pet/deposit transfer or eviction process. No security/pet deposit is collected under this limited addendum; no statutory sublet rent cap is asserted.
