BC Interest Free Promissory Note
An unsecured fixed-date zero-interest promise by one capable adult to another for a single recent advance already actually received. Exclude professional/commercial lending, consumer credit businesses, secured loans, guarantees, joint borrowers, spouses' property settlements, overdue or disputed debts, refinancing, demand notes, instalments, currencies other than CAD, interest and fees. This template must not be used to record money that has not been advanced. Use the separate bilateral loan agreement for a proposed future advance.
